To preserve an ambiance of peace and tranquility, Juste Moi is a cell phone free environment. Kindly turn off all cell phones prior to entering the spa. We ask that you speak quietly throughout the spa, particularly in waiting areas and in treatment corridors . Cancellations and changes must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid being charged a $50 cancellation fee.

Personal Belongings

Guests are allowed use of our shower & changing room. We also provide bins for storing your belongings. We suggest bringing a spa bag with you to hold your belongings. Juste Moi is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings. Please remove all jewelry before using the amenities.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and changes must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid being charged a $50 cancellation fee. For day pass cancellations we require 24-hour notice. No show appointments will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Day passes cancelled due to weather conditions may be applied to another day of clients choosing. No refunds will be offered in the case of inclement weather.

Amenities

Day passes include the use of our co-ed steam room, massage chair, co-ed dry infrared sauna, patio area including hot tub, fire pit, & soaking pool. Amenities may become unusable at any time due to maintenance or other technical issue. Refunds will not be offered for day passes if an amenity becomes unavailable. Client assumes all responsibility for use of amenities. Juste Moi will reserve the right to ask any patron to leave the premise for misuse or other undesirable behavior.
